MISSION
It is the mission of Central Health Center, Inc. (CHC) to provide caring, quality reproductive health care in a confidential manner coupled with education that treats all patients with dignity and respect and is affordable and accessible to all patients wanting such services, thereby promoting the well being of our patient/community population.
Central Health Center supports an individuals right to make personal choices regarding their reproduction by presenting patients with all options that empowers them to come to a decision that is in harmony with their own personal health and their own moral and religious values.
VISION
It is our vision that men and women of all ages, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation or family status can receive confidential, quality reproductive health care regardless of their income capacity therefore eliminating the barriers that prevent them from seeking care.
WHO WE ARE
Central Health Center, established in 1974, is a non-profit organization providing basic reproductive health care by combining medical, educational and referral services. We are a member of the Family Planning Council of Nebraska.
We are a staff of professionals that includes consulting physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, medical assistants, educators and support staff who are dedicated to:
- Treating patients with dignity and respect
- Ensuring privacy and confidentiality
- Providing balanced information essential for an informed choice
- Education and counseling
- Offering reproductive health care at an affordable cost
WHO WE SERVE
- both women and men
- all income groups: sliding fee scale based upon income and family size
- no one is denied services based on their ability to pay
